The space
The apartment is a delightful three-room apartment with a minimal/modern style.
It is located on the ground floor in a quiet street in the neighborhood, it is very bright and was completely renovated in June 2024, perfect for groups of friends, traveling couple, workers or families with children.
You will find Smart TV, Air conditioning, ultra-fast 2.5gb Wi-Fi.
The apartment is one of the very few in the neighborhood to offer a large outdoor space with BBQ and table, perfect for an outdoor dinner with family or friends.
It consists of a large entrance hall, open space living room with full kitchen, bathroom, Master Suite and Junior Suite.
It has a washing machine, a comfortable storage room and a large closet to store all your belongings.
It's also perfect for medium/long term stays.
In front of the house there is also a convenient indoor parking for a fee (ask for info in chat!).
◼ LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN:
Once you cross the threshold, you will be welcomed by the spacious entrance with Open Space Living Room and a fully equipped kitchen, a modern sofa, 32"Smart TV, air conditioning and extendable dining table where you can eat with your friends or family.
The living room enjoys a large window overlooking the private outdoor space (very convenient for smoking guests)
The brand new kitchen has all the accessories, complete with microwave, a kettle, 4-burner stove, professional oven, pots and pans, cooking tools, coffee machine.
(If you want to shop, just 50 meters away you will find the first of the many Super-Markets in the area to do a full shopping.)
At the entrance you will find a comfortable small room with 2 extra chairs and a closet with washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes rack with clips and a completely free travel crib.
There's a supply of coffee pods, sugar, and tea for each stay.
◼ MASTER SUITE
The Master Suite is a spacious and quiet room decorated in a minimal/modern style with soft colors.
It has a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), with hypoallergenic Memory Foam mattress, pillows of various softnesses (2 pillows in Memory Foam), 40"Ultra HD Smart TV, Air conditioning, a spacious two-door wardrobe, dresser, and bedside tables for all your belongings.
A large window makes the room very bright during the day and comfortable shutters will offer you the right amount of darkness to sleep late.
◼ JUNIOR SUITE
The Junior Suite is a cute room for two that offers access to the outdoor space.
It has a French bed (140x200 cm), with hypoallergenic Memory Foam mattress, pillows of various softnesses, Smart TV Ultra HD 40 ", air conditioning and a comfortable living closet with hangers and shelves.
◼ BATHROOM
The fully renovated bathroom is close to the rooms.
It has a large shower cabin with high shower + shower, toilet, bidet, large sink with applique light.
There is also a powerful 2000w hairdryer with active ions and a large dresser to store all personal items and makeup cases.
◼ GARDEN
The apartment concludes with the large outdoor space, a unique feature for the AirBnBs in the neighborhood!
It is accessed from the Junior Suite and with a small staircase you can find yourself in this magnificent space for the exclusive use of guests.
The floor is brick, has a large table, chairs, comfortable umbrella with crank opening and a brand new stone barbecue complete with accessories to cook great grilled meats for the whole family.
The entire exterior space enjoys a full light set to enjoy a relaxing alfresco evening.
◼ AMENITIES
Each guest has a WELCOME KIT consisting of:
- 3 soft terry towels
(Body towel, hand/face towel, bidet towel) + shower mat
- Bathroom Shower Lotion/Shampoo
- Hand soap
The house has a Gas/Smoke detector, a Fire Extinguisher, and a First Aid Kit.
◼ SERVICES NEARBY
As soon as you leave the apartment you will find yourself in a neighborhood complete with many services such as restaurants, bars, pharmacies, shops.
Just outside the apartment there is a covered parking lot for a fee, ask me for info in the chat if you need it.
Finally, if necessary it is always possible to organize a Taxi via AirBnB chat.
Guest access
Access to the apartment is autonomous, via Smart Lock, so you can enter at any time you arrive, after 3:00 p.m., as required by check-in
The apartment is at your complete disposal.
Other things to note
Smoke detectors with alarms are present inside the apartment.
SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE OUTDOOR SPACE of the house reserved for guests.
The use of the outdoor space requires the utmost respect for the other residents in the building, so noise, loud music, clamor, shouting, etc. are prohibited in this space throughout the stay, especially during the hours of silence provided for by the condominium rules (2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.)
Please note:
Based on the number of guests, the beds will be set up as follows, unless otherwise requested:
- 1 guest: queen size bed in Master Suite
- 2 guests: queen-size bed in Master Suite
- 3 or 4 guests: queen size bed in Master Suite + French bed in Junior Suite
Guests can request changes based on their needs; extra payments may be required.
Changes must be requested in the chat no later than 3 days before arrival.
